Estava cheia de medo que as mudanças hormonais da gravidez afectassem a minha pele! 

Felizmente ainda não tive alteração nenhuma e a minha rotina continua exactamente a mesma: só  Kiehl's! O único cuidado extra que vou ter que começar a incluir é a protecção solar! O ano passado fiquei com pano (parecia mesmo "bigode") e dispenso essa brincadeira outra vez!

Eu sei que já disse isto muitas vezes, mas sou mesmo mesmo fã destes produtos!!!

I was so scared that the pregnancy hormonal changes affected my skin!
Fortunately it still hasn't changed and my routine is exactly the same: only Kiehl's! the only extra care I'm gonna start adopting is sunscreen! Last year I got some dark pigmentation on my lip line (it really looked like a "mustache") and I don't wanna play that game again!
I know I've said this a lot, but I'm really a fan of these products!!!

"E para 2017 (ainda) mais amor!", foi tudo o que pedi no arranque do novo ano! 

Por isso foi tão fácil apaixonar-me por este perfume! Para além do óbvio (sim, porque tem um cheiro óptimo!), adoro tudo aquilo que ele envolve: o nome, as cores, o frasco! É super primaveril e simboliza aquilo em que mais acredito... o Amor!

E de facto este ano não podia ter começado de outra maneira... como sabem estou no inicio de uma apaixonante e incrível história de amor! =)

"And for 2017 (even) more love!", was everything I asked in the beginning of the new year! So it was easy to fall in love with this perfume! Beyond the obvious (yes, because it smells amazing!), I love everything it entails: the name, the colors, the bottle! It's super Spring like and it symbolizes what I most believe in... LOVE!

And actually this year couln't have started any other way... as you know I'm at the beginning of an enthralling and incredible love story!=)

Não é segredo para ninguém que sou completamente fã da Kiehl's, por isso não podia deixar de partilhar uma mega novidade: apothecary preparations! A partir de agora podemos ter um sérum exclusivo para o nosso tipo de pele!

 Na loja do Chiado, depois de fazermos o diagnóstico e identificarmos os principais problemas (poros, rugas, vermelhidão, luminosidade ou textura), é criado um sérum adequado às necessidades especificas da nossa pele, através da mistura de alguns constituintes. Incrível, certo?

Eu já tenho o meu e é direccionado para o tratamento dos poros e vermelhidão. Daqui a uns meses partilho com vocês os resultados!  =)

It's not a secret to anyone that I'm an absolute fan of Kiehl's, so I couldn't share this mega news: apothecary preparations! From now on we can get an exclusive serum for our skin type!
At Chiado store, after doing a diagnostic and identifying the main problems (pores, wrinkles, redness, luminosity or texture), a serum is created suited to our skin's specific needs, through the mixture of some constituents. Amazing, right?
I already have mine and it's aimed at pore treatment and redness. In a few months I'll share my results with you! =)

Há uns meses não descansei enquanto não cortei o cabelo para ele ficar com a cor natural! E agora já tinha saudades dele mais claro! De facto nunca estamos satisfeitas... Enfim, as minhas pontas loiras estão de volta graças ao Hair Fusion !!! =)

A few months ago I didn't rest until I chopped off my hair for it to stay it's natural color! And now I already miss it in a lighter tone! We're never happy...Well, my lighter locks are back thanks to Hair Fusion!!! =)

As compras de Natal arrancaram à séria este fim de semana (e eu sei de alguém lá em casa que vai adorar esta prenda!!!).  Os produtos da Kiehl's entraram na minha vida este ano e não os troco por nada! Juro que são mesmo incríveis!! Por isso aqui está uma boa sugestão para quem ainda está a fazer a lista de compras!

Christmas shopping have started for real this weekend (and I know someone at home is going to love this present!!!). The products from Kiehl's have enter my life this year and I wouldn't exchange them for anything! I swear they're really incredible!! So here's a good suggestion for someone who's still doing their shopping list!

Já devem ter reparado que não perco uma oportunidade para andar de lábios vermelhos e estes são os únicos batons que estão sempre na minha carteira. Em relação à maquilhagem como sou muito básica, só tenho produtos práticos e rápidos de aplicar.  Na verdade, não sou nenhuma 'expert' em assuntos de 'beleza e maquilhagem', mas estes são alguns dos meus produtos favoritos e que fazem parte do meu dia a dia!
Como tenho a pele super seca, os cremes da Kiehl's (cara e corpo) têm sido uma ajuda fantástica e por isso aplico-os de manhã e à noite (e se não fosse preguiçosa deveria fazer um reforço de hidratação durante o dia também...)!
Amanhã é feriado, por isso o dia é ideal para cuidarmos de nós com tempo! Aproveitem bem! =)

You've must noticed that I never miss I chance to wear red lipstick and these are the only lipsticks on my purse. When it comes to makeup I'm pretty basic, I only have practical and easy to apply products. Actually, I'm no expert in 'beauty and makeup', but these are some of my favorite products and the ones that are part of my day to day life!
As I have super dry skin, Kiehl's lotions (body and face) have been an awesome help and so I apply them in the morning and at night (and if I wasn't lazy I should re-apply them during the day also...)!
Tomorrow is a holiday, so is the perfect day to take care of ourselves! Enjoy! =)

Durante a Vogue Fashion's Night Out passei na Kiehl's para eleger o meu produto preferido. De facto todos os cremes são incríveis, mas eu estou super fã é do champô de aminoácidos. Depois de um Verão tão longo, com tantas horas de praia, não seria de esperar que o meu cabelo estivesse tão hidratado e brilhante. Aconselho mesmo!!!

Ainda não vos tinha mostrado o meu look dessa noite, mas na verdade não houve muito "espaço" para fotos!...

During Vogue Fashion's Night Out I went by Kiehl's to choose my favourite product. Actually all lotions are incredible, but I'm a super fan of the Amino Acid Shampoo. After a long Summer, with some many hours of beach, I would not expect that my hair was so shiny and hydrated. I really recommend it!!

I hadn't showed my look from that night, but truthfully there wasn't much "space" for photos!...

Para as meninas que me perguntaram como é que fiquei tão loira nestas férias, então é assim.. a única coisa que mudei nesta semana foi o shampoo! Usei o 'Óleo Radiante' da Tresemmé! Não sei se isso ajudou ou não e na verdade acho que foi uma mistura de muito Sol, muito cloro e muito sal.. =) 

P.S. Isto não é um post publicitário, nem sei se o shampoo é aconselhado a todos os tipos de cabelo! Foi só mesmo uma experiência minha.. mais alguém tem dicas para aclarar o cabelo?

For the ladies who asked me haw I got so blonde on these holidays, so...the only thing I changed this week was the shampoo! I used 'Radiant Oil' from Tresemmé! I don't know if that helped or if it was a mix of lots of Sun, chlorine and salt.... =)

P.S. This wasn't a publicity post, I don't even know if the shampoo is advised for all types of hair! It was really an experiment... anybody got tips on how to highlight hair?

Como sabem não sou nenhuma "expert" em maquilhagem e quem segue o blog sabe que eu faço a festa com um batom vermelho! Acho que a única vez que apareci  por aqui bem maquilhada foi nas fotos do meu casamento! =) 

Na verdade, eu devia ser mais informada sobre o assunto porque sempre foi difícil disfarçar as horas a trabalhar à noite e as poucas horas de sono, muitas vezes durante o dia! Como sei que desse lado também há enfermeiras e outros horários complicados resolvi partilhar este post para vos dizer que finalmente este problema acabou! Este ano conheci o Touche Éclat (sim só há pouco tempo é que descobri a famosa canetinha mágica!) e confesso que fiquei fã: apaga o aspecto cansado da pele e dá um brilho natural ao rosto! ADORO! Claro que tive de recorrer ao youtube para aprender a usar e é super simples, perfeito para não atrapalhar nem atrasar as rotinas habituais! Desculpem-me as entendidas no assunto se escrevi alguma asneira.. Tenho a certeza que há muito mais a dizer, mas para mim o mais importante é que disfarça a minha cara de sono!!! =)

As you know, I'm no expert in makeup and for whom follows the blog knows I throw a party only in red lipstick! I think the only time I showed up here in makeup were in my wedding photos! =)
In fact I should be more informed about the topic because it's been hard camouflage the long night hours working or the few hours of sleep, a lot of it during the day!As I know that on that side there're nurses and a lot of others busy schedules I decided to share this post to tell you that this problem is finally over! This year I got to know the Touche Éclat (yes, only recently I found the famous magical pen!) and I confess that I'm a fan: erases the tired look on the face and gives it a natural shine! I LOVE IT! Of course I had to resort to youtube to learn how to use it and it's super simple, perfect for not getting in between the usual routines! I'm sorry to those who are well-versed in the topic if I wrote something wrong.. I'm sure there is a lot more to be said, but for me the most important thing is that it disguises my sleepy face!!! =)
