É assim que se vê que estou gravidíssima! Consegui fotografar sem me mexer do mesmo sitio! 

Aqui tenho passado os dias deitada, sentada, na piscina ou a comer! Mas a culpa nem é do barrigão, mas sim deste calor exagerado que me suga a energia toda!

#31weeks

Like this, you can actually see how pregnant I am! I was able to photograph without moving!
Here I've been spending the days laying down, sitting up, in the pool or eating! But is not this big belly fault, it's this exaggerated heat which drains all my energy!

Já estou nas 30 semanas!!!
Daqui para frente vai haver barriga em todas as fotos e cada vez maior! E também sei que daqui para frente é que vai ser complicado! 

O calor está a aumentar em proporção ao meu peso, mas as roupas não diminuem! Como já devem ter reparado, passo a vida de t-shirts (muitas delas do Pedro) e jeans! E com estas maminhas é impensável usar um decote! (Só quero que cheguem os saldos para poder comprar vestidos acima do meu tamanho habitual!). 

Muitas vezes tenho a sensação que vou rebentar!

Tenho quilos e quilos de celulite!

Comecei a ter azia! 

Comecei a cansar-me com  mais facilidade!

E estou a começar a ser dominada por hormonas!

A Caetana passa os dias fazer maratonas na minha barriga (ou a dançar, ainda não percebi), mas continuo a dormir super bem!

A melhor parte é saber que a minha bonequinha está quase cá fora e eu neste momento estou a aproveitar ao máximo as minhas últimas férias a dois!

I'm already at 30 weeks!!!
From now on there's always going to a belly on photos and each time even bigger! And I know that from now on is going to be complicated!
The temperature is rising in proportion to my weigh, but my the clothes aren't getting smaller! As you my have noticed, I've only been wearing t-shirts (a lot of them borrowed from Pedro) and jeans! And with these boobies is unthinkable to wear cleavage! (I only want the sales to start so I can get some dresses a size up my usual one!). 
A lot of times I have I feeling I'm gonna explode!
I have kilos and kilos of cellulite!
I started having heartburn!
I started to get tired a lot easier!
And I'm starting to get overpowered by hormones!

Caetana spends her days doing marathons inside my belly (or dancing, I haven't figured it out yet), but I still sleep like a baby!
The best part is to know that my little doll is almost here and right now I'm enjoying to the max my last vacations for two!

#28semanas

Esta coisa das semanas e dos meses de gravidez é um bocado confusa, mas na prática acho eu estou a entrar no 7º mês! Exactamente de hoje a dois meses a Caetana tem luz verde para nascer! =) 

Continuamos a crescer imeeeeenso, já engordei 8 kg  (sim 8 kg!)  e não vejo maneira da balança estabilizar! Esta tem sido a parte mais difícil da gravidez! Tirando isso está tudo óptimo e estamos ansiosos por ter a bonequinha cá fora! =)

#28weeks

This thing of weeks and months of pregnancy is a bit confusing. mas in reality I think I'm entering month number 7! Exactly two months from today Caetana has green light to be born! =)

We continue to grow a looot, I already gained 8 kg (yes 8 kg!) and I can't figure out how to balance the scale! This has been the hard part of my pregnancy! Apart from that everything is great and we're all excited to have the little doll out! =)

Começámos finalmente a decorar o quarto da nossa boneca! Aliás, estamos a transformar o quartinho de visitas num quarto de bebé! Como o espaço é pequenino limitámos-nos a acrescentar pequenos apontamentos de cor e acho que está a ficar um amor!!!

Não estava minimamente por dentro destes assuntos, mas através do Instagram e do Facebook tenho conhecido marcas portuguesas incríveis! Daqui para a frente vou partilhando tudo aqui no blog e fico à espera da vossa partilha também!

We finally started decorating the baby's room! Actually we're turning the guest room into a baby room! As the space is small we just added  little pops of color and I think it's becoming lovely!!!

I wasn't really up to these matters, but through Instagram and Facebook I've been discovering amazing Portuguese brands! From now on I'm going to share everything here in the blog and I'll be expecting your shares also!

Diário Rosa com Canela

Eu já tinha acessórios de decoração Rosa com Canela, mas esta marca portuguesa tem também coisinhas deliciosas para escritório e para bebé (mais aqui)! 

Há algum tempo que queria um caderno/ diário onde pudesse ir registando alguns episódios da gravidez e este é P-E-R-F-E-I-T-O!!! É super bonito e super simples, exactamente como eu gosto! Agora finalmente começa tudo a compor-se e a ganhar forma!

I already had some decor accessories from Rosa com Canela,but this Portuguese Brand also has some delicious things for the office and for babies (more here)!
For some time I wanted a book/diary where I could keep  record of some pregnancy episodes and this one is P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!! It's super pretty and super simple, exactly how I like it!
Now finally everything is starting to come together and form!

Yeaaaah, chegámos a meio!!! =)

Tem sido uma gravidez super tranquila, zero enjoos, zero sono!

A barriguinha começa finamente a ganhar forma! Já sinto imenso a bebé, é uma mexida (espero que depois seja mais calminha!).

O meu corpo mudou imenso, aumentou tudo antes da barriga e confesso que estas mudanças não são fáceis de encarar! Continuo a treinar acompanhada, mas também como demais (não é fome, é pura gula)!!! Tenho hidratado muito a minha pele porque não preciso de mais estrias e até agora está tudo impecável (o creme de corpo continua a ser o da Kiehl's; nas zonas críticas uso Barral creme gordo com óleo de amêndoas e um bálsamo da Cowshed). 

No inicio senti algumas oscilações de humor mas agora já voltei ao meu estado normal! Como é óbvio há muitos medos e ansiedades inerentes a esta fase! Mas mesmo assim optei por não consumir demasiada informação sobre o assunto e dou muito mais importância à sabedoria e experiência de algumas pessoas à minha volta!

Agora está na altura de entrar no mundo encantando das meninas e começar a preparar o quartinho desta boneca! =)

Yeaaaah, we've reached the middle !!! =)

It was been an easy pregnancy, no nausea, no sleepiness!
My belly is starting to gain some form! I already feel the baby a lot, she is super energetic (I hope she will get calmer!)

My body changed a lot, everything went bigger before the belly and I confess that these changes aren't easy to face! I'm still training with supervision, but I also eat a lot (I'm not hungry, just craving something)!!! I've been hydrating my skin a lot because I don't need more stretch marks  and so more everything is impeccable (my body lotion is still the one from Kiehl's, in the more critical areas I use the fat lotion from Barral with almonds oil and Cowshed balm).
At first I felt some humor changes but now I'm back to my normal state! As obvious there're a lot of fears and anxieties normal at this point! Still I decided not to consume a lot of information about the matter and I give a lot of importance to the wisdom and experience of some people around me!

Now it's time to enter the enchanted girl's world and start to prep this doll room! =)

#17semanas

Para quem me segue nas redes sociais já não é novidade... estou grávida de 4 meses e é uma menina!!! Estamos super super felizes (mini Dri a caminho!)!!! =)

Ir ter um bebé dá muito em que pensar e confesso que no início houve vários momentos em que me senti assustada com esta ideia! Tive de mudar o meu ritmo de vida, os meus turnos (loucos!) no hospital e passei a descansar mais! E é por isso que não consigo actualizar tanto o blog como antes! De qualquer forma acredito que é tudo uma fase de adaptação! 

 A barriguinha já começa a aparecer, mas prometo que isto não vai passar a ser um baby blog! De qualquer forma é normal que por vezes surjam por aqui alguns desabafos e partilhas! De resto vai continuar tudo igual, sempre com muita inspiração!!!

For whom follows me on social media it's no news.... I'm 4 months pregnant and it's a girl!!! We're super happy (mini Dri on the way!)!!! =)

Having a baby gives you a lot to think about and I confess at first there were a lot of moments I felt scared about it! I had to change my life rhythm, my (crazy!) schedules at the hospital and spent more time relaxing! And that's why I can't update the blog as much as I did before!
Anyway I believe this is an adaptation phase!
The belly is starting to show, but I promise this won't became a baby blog! But it's normal that sometimes some stories may be shared!
Apart from this, everything will be the same, always with a lot of inspiration!!!
